Officials from the New South Wales Harness Racing Club have indicated that they may run two $20,000 Tabcorp Golden Mile divisions at Tabcorp Park Menangle’s first night meeting on Friday week.
The race program, which will be the first time that the new lights at the state-of-theart facility will be turned on, is the first Friday night meeting to be held at Australasia’s super track.
NSWHRC Chief Executive John Dumesny said if there were sufficient nominations for the Golden Mile, the main race on the card, that two divisions would be conducted on what is expected to be a nine race program. more...
